Lisaftoclax
Lisaftoclax is an orally bioavailable small molecule that potently inhibits the anti-apoptotic proteins Bcl-2 (IC50=2 nM) and Bcl-xL (IC50=5.9 nM) . It is used in research for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), demonstrating pro-apoptotic activity in both cellular assays and in vivo models.
