BJE6-106 is a highly selective PKCδ inhibitor (IC50 = 0.05 μM) with significant selectivity over PKCα. It induces caspase-dependent, tumor-specific apoptosis and has been utilized in research exploring oncogenic signaling and cell death mechanisms in both cellular and animal models of cancer.
