CCB02 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of the CPAP-tubulin interaction (IC50 = 689 nM) with demonstrated anti-tumor activity. It is a useful research tool for studying centriole elongation and has shown efficacy in reducing tumor growth in preclinical in vivo models.
