CCR4 antagonist 2
CCR4 antagonist 2 (Compound 31) is a potent, orally active small molecule inhibitor of CCR4. It selectively blocks Treg migration into tumors, as shown in in vivo models, while sparing peripheral Tregs, and exhibits IC50 values of 40 nM and 70 nM in calcium flux and chemotaxis assays, respectively. This makes it a valuable research tool for immuno-oncology studies.
