CCR5 antagonist 1 is a small molecule inhibitor of the CCR5 chemokine receptor, originally disclosed in patent WO 2004054974 A2. It blocks HIV-1 entry and replication, making it a valuable tool for antiviral research in both cellular and animal models of infection.
