CDK4/6-IN-3 is a brain-penetrant small molecule with potent, selective inhibition of CDK4 (Ki <0.3 nM) and CDK6 (Ki 2.2 nM) and weaker activity against CDK1 (Ki 110 nM) . It is utilized in preclinical glioblastoma research for investigating CDK4/6 signaling in both in vitro and in vivo models.
