CNX-500

CNX-500 is a biotinylated covalent probe that potently and selectively inhibits Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk) with an IC50 of 0.5 nM. This tool compound is useful for studying Btk function and occupancy in both cellular and in vivo models, with minimal off-target effects on EGFR and Src-family kinases.
