CSRM617 hydrochloride is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of the transcription factor ONECUT2 (OC2), binding its HOX domain with a Kd of 7.43 μM. It induces apoptosis via caspase-3 and PARP cleavage and has demonstrated good tolerability in mouse models of prostate cancer, supporting its use in oncology research.
