EGFR-IN-1

EGFR-IN-1 is a potent, orally bioavailable, and irreversible EGFR inhibitor with high selectivity for L858R/T790M mutant forms, including those resistant to gefitinib. It demonstrates robust antiproliferative effects in vitro, such as in H1975 and HCC827 cell lines, and has shown antitumor efficacy in relevant in vivo xenograft models.
