Elacestrant S enantiomer
The S enantiomer of Elacestrant is an orally bioavailable, selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) with preferential activity against ERα (IC50 = 48 nM) over ERβ (IC50 = 870 nM) . It is a research tool for investigating ER+ breast cancer mechanisms and has demonstrated antitumor efficacy in both cellular assays and in vivo xenograft models.
