DTAG-7 is a heterobifunctional PROTAC that induces the degradation of BRD4 by recruiting it to the CRBN E3 ligase. It is also a key tool for targeted protein degradation via the FKBP12F36V tag in both cellular and animal models, enabling the study of protein function in oncology and epigenetics research.
