The S enantiomer of Fulvestrant is the less active stereoisomer of the potent estrogen receptor antagonist Fulvestrant (IC50 = 9.4 nM) . This compound is used in biochemical research to study ERα signaling and the stereospecificity of antiestrogen action in both in vitro and in vivo models.
