GB-110
GB-110 is a potent, nonpeptidic, and orally active agonist of protease-activated receptor 2 (PAR2), selectively inducing PAR2-mediated intracellular Ca2+ release in HT29 cells with an EC50 of 0.28 μM. It is a valuable research tool for studying PAR2 signaling in inflammation, pain, and cancer, applicable in both in vitro and in vivo models.
