Gemilukast
Gemilukast (ONO-6950) is an orally bioavailable, potent dual antagonist of the CysLT1 and CysLT2 receptors. It blocks leukotriene-induced bronchoconstriction and is utilized in preclinical asthma research, including in vitro receptor studies and in vivo models of airway inflammation.
