H100 is a selective chloride transport inhibitor that primarily targets Cl- channels. It also exhibits partial inhibitory activity against the Na+/K+/2Cl- cotransporter and Band 3 anion exchanger, making it a useful pharmacological tool for investigating ion transport physiology in cellular and ex vivo models.
