KDOAM-25 is a potent and selective KDM5 demethylase inhibitor, demonstrating nanomolar IC50 values against all KDM5 family members. It elevates global H3K4me3 levels at gene promoters and has been shown to suppress proliferation in MM1S multiple myeloma cells in vitro, supporting its use in oncology and epigenetics research.
