LTβR-IN-1
LTβR-IN-1 is a selective lymphotoxin beta receptor (LTβR) inhibitor that blocks p52 nuclear translocation induced by ligands like TWEAK with an IC50 of 10 μM, without affecting TNF-α-mediated p65 translocation. This tool compound is used in vitro to study the non-canonical NF-κB pathway in immune regulation and lymphoid organogenesis.
