Macitentan (n-butyl analogue)

The Macitentan n-butyl analogue is an orally active, non-peptide dual ETA/ETB endothelin receptor antagonist. It is a research tool for investigating potential therapies for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
