Mcl1-IN-9

Mcl1-IN-9 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the anti-apoptotic protein Mcl-1, exhibiting a Ki of 0.03 nM and an IC50 of 446 nM in engineered B-ALL cells. This small molecule is a valuable research tool for studying apoptosis mechanisms and Mcl-1 dependency in various cancer models, including leukemia, both in vitro and in vivo.
