MIV-247
MIV-247 is a potent and selective cathepsin S inhibitor with low nanomolar Kis across species. It has demonstrated efficacy in attenuating neuropathic pain-related mechanical hypersensitivity in preclinical models and is also a useful tool for investigating cardiac muscle injury in both in vitro and in vivo research settings.
