MK-8033 hydrochloride
MK-8033 hydrochloride is a potent, orally bioavailable dual c-Met/Ron kinase inhibitor with IC50 values of 1 nM and 7 nM, respectively. It preferentially binds the activated kinase conformation and has demonstrated research utility in models of breast cancer, bladder cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
