PrPSc-IN-1

PrPSc-IN-1 is a fluorescent small molecule probe that selectively binds to misfolded prion protein (PrPSc) . It inhibits PrPSc accumulation with an IC50 of 1.6 μM, demonstrating anti-prion activity useful for both in vitro detection assays and in vivo therapeutic research in prion disease models.
