ROR agonist-1
ROR agonist-1 is a potent, orally bioavailable inverse agonist of the RORC2 (RORγt) receptor. It inhibits IL-17A production in human primary Th17 cells (pIC50 = 7.5) and is a valuable tool for investigating Th17-driven pathologies in autoimmune disease research, both in vitro and in vivo.
