R (+) -IAA-94
R (+) -IAA-94 is a selective chloride channel blocker that also inhibits the HIV-1 Nef protein by binding to it and disrupting its interaction with single-domain antibodies. This small molecule is utilized in vitro for studying ion channel physiology and the molecular mechanisms of Nef-mediated pathogenesis.
