Sitaxsentan
Sitaxsentan (TBC-11251) is a selective endothelin A (ETA) receptor antagonist that inhibits the potent vasoconstrictor endothelin. It is used in research for pulmonary arterial hypertension, with applications in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo hemodynamic studies.
