TAS-114 is an oral small molecule that dually inhibits dUTPase and DPD. It is used in oncology research to potentiate the antitumor efficacy of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) by modulating its intracellular anabolic and catabolic pathways, as studied in both in vitro and in vivo models.
