Vapendavir diphosphate
Vapendavir diphosphate (BTA798 diphosphate) is a capsid-binding antiviral small molecule that inhibits rhinovirus and enterovirus replication by blocking viral entry. It has demonstrated activity against EV71 in vitro and has been evaluated in clinical trials for human rhinovirus infection.
