Flutropium bromide is a synthetic anticholinergic compound used as a bronchospasmolytic agent. It is applied in respiratory research to investigate mechanisms of airway constriction and to evaluate bronchodilatory effects in both in vitro tissue models and in vivo animal studies of obstructive lung diseases.
