(R) -DNMDP
(R) -DNMDP is a potent and selective cytotoxic agent that binds directly to PDE3A. Its activity is highly stereospecific, exhibiting an EC50 against HeLa cells approximately 500-fold lower than its (S) -enantiomer. This compound is a valuable tool for studying PDE3A-dependent cell death mechanisms in cancer research, both in vitro and in vivo.
