AG-825
AG-825 (Tyrphostin C15) is a selective ErbB2/HER2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.35 μM, demonstrating anticancer activity in breast cancer xenograft models. It has also been investigated in neurotoxicity and Alzheimer's disease research, and shown to induce apoptosis in human neutrophils in vitro.
