Alclometasone
Alclometasone is a synthetic glucocorticoid that suppresses inflammation by inhibiting leukocyte release of pro-inflammatory mediators. It is used in research models of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses like atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, applicable in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo animal studies.
