ALS-8112
ALS-8112 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) polymerase, demonstrating antiviral activity with an IC50 of 0.02 μM. It functions by terminating RNA chain elongation via the RSV L-P complex and has shown efficacy in both cell-based assays and animal models of RSV infection.
