BI-0252 is a potent and selective MDM2-p53 interaction inhibitor with an IC50 of 4 nM. It demonstrates robust in vivo efficacy, inducing complete tumor regression in SJSA-1 xenograft models, which is associated with activation of p53 target genes and apoptotic markers. This molecule is a valuable chemical probe for researching p53 pathway biology in cancer models both in vitro and in vivo.
