IKK 16 hydrochloride is a potent small molecule inhibitor targeting IKK2, the IKK complex, and IKK1 with respective IC50 values of 40 nM, 70 nM, and 200 nM. It also inhibits LRRK2 (IC50: 50 nM) . This compound is widely used in biochemical and cellular research to study NF-κB signaling and Parkinson's disease pathways in vitro.
