ITX3
ITX3 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the TrioN RhoGEF domain, exhibiting an IC50 of 76 μM. It effectively blocks Trio-mediated activation of RhoG and Rac1 GTPases, which underlies its utility in studying cell morphology, neurite outgrowth in PC12 cells, and fibroblast structural changes in vitro.
