Kinesore
Kinesore is a cell-permeable small molecule that modulates cytoskeletal dynamics by specifically inhibiting the kinesin-1 motor protein. It disrupts the KLC2-SKIP interaction to alter microtubule network organization, a tool used in vitro and in vivo to study intracellular transport, neuronal development, and cell motility.
