Latanoprost acid
Latanoprost acid is a selective prostanoid receptor agonist that suppresses RANKL-induced osteoclast formation and activity by inhibiting the c-fos/NFATc1 pathway. It is a research tool for studying intraocular pressure reduction and bone metabolism, with applications in both in vitro osteoclastogenesis assays and in vivo models of glaucoma.
