Lavoltidine
Lavoltidine (Loxtidine) is an orally active, irreversible H2 receptor antagonist that potently suppresses gastric acid secretion. It has been utilized in research models of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) for investigating gastric physiology and therapeutic mechanisms in both in vivo and in vitro experimental settings.
