LBW242
LBW242 is a cell-permeable, orally bioavailable Smac mimetic and IAP antagonist. It demonstrates proapoptotic activity in vitro and in vivo, sensitizing multiple myeloma and ovarian cancer cells to TRAIL and chemotherapeutics, and shows efficacy against cells expressing mutant FLT3.
