Nanaomycin A
Nanaomycin A is a quinone antibiotic that selectively inhibits DNMT3B (IC50 = 500 nM), leading to reactivation of silenced tumor suppressor genes. This compound is used in epigenetic research for studying DNA methylation in cancer models, both in vitro and in vivo.
