PD 407824 is a BMP sensitizer that enhances cellular response to low-dose BMP4. It functions as a potent dual inhibitor of Chk1 and WEE1 kinases (IC50s: 47 and 97 nM) . This compound is used in vitro to study DNA damage checkpoint bypass, stem cell differentiation, and cancer cell sensitization in research.
