Rociletinib hydrobromide

Rociletinib hydrobromide is an oral kinase inhibitor that selectively targets EGFR L858R/T790M mutant (Ki 21.5 nM) over wild-type EGFR (Ki 303.3 nM) . It is a research tool for investigating resistance mechanisms in non-small cell lung cancer, applicable in both in vitro biochemical assays and in vivo xenograft models.
