Cystamine
Cystamine (2,2'-Disulfanediyldiethanamine) is a transglutaminase inhibitor that also suppresses caspase-3 activity (IC50 = 23.6 μM) . It is utilized in research models of Huntington's disease, including both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo studies exploring neuroprotective mechanisms.
