Debio 0932 (CUDC-305) is an orally bioavailable, brain-penetrant Hsp90 inhibitor that binds the N-terminal ATPase domain. It induces apoptosis and has demonstrated antitumor activity in preclinical in vitro and in vivo models for cancers including non-small cell lung cancer and neuroblastoma.
