DS-437
DS-437 is a dual inhibitor of PRMT5 and PRMT7 (IC50: 6 μM), and also inhibits DNMT3A and DNMT3B at higher concentrations. It suppresses FOXP3 methylation and is used in vitro to study epigenetic regulation in immunology and oncology research.
