Edasalonexent
Edasalonexent (CAT-1004) is an orally administered small molecule inhibitor of NF-κB, developed for research into Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) . It has been investigated in both in vitro models and in vivo preclinical studies to assess its potential to modulate inflammation and disease progression associated with DMD.
