GNE-618 is a potent, orally bioavailable inhibitor of nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT) with an IC50 of 6 nM. It depletes cellular NAD+, leading to tumor cell death, and has demonstrated anti-tumor activity in both in vitro and in vivo cancer research models.
