Rhosin
Rhosin is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of RhoA subfamily GTPases, binding specifically to RhoA (Kd ~0.4 μM) to disrupt RhoA-GEF interactions. It has been utilized in vitro to study RhoA-mediated cytoskeletal dynamics and cell adhesion, and has shown efficacy in inducing apoptosis in various cancer cell lines.
