Stauprimide
Stauprimide is a selective small molecule that inhibits the nuclear localization of NME2, thereby suppressing MYC transcription in embryonic stem cells (ESCs) . This tool compound is used in vitro to study MYC-driven mechanisms in stem cell biology, differentiation, and oncogenesis.
