Tefinostat
Tefinostat (CHR-2845) is a selective HDAC inhibitor activated intracellularly by human carboxylesterase-1 (hCE-1) to CHR-2847, targeting monocytes and macrophages. Its antitumor activity is under investigation for leukemia and hematologic malignancies, supported by in vitro and in vivo research models.
